Privacy Policy
Mudae Helper is a free, solo-developed utility project providing tools and solvers for the Mudae Discord bot. This site does not require user registration, accounts, or logins. I do not collect, sell, or rent identity information such as personal names, email addresses, physical addresses, or payment credentials.
Note: under regulations like the GDPR, technical network data (such as IP addresses) is legally classified as personal data. I do not use this data to identify individual visitors — it is processed only transiently for security and rate-limiting purposes, as described in the Security & Abuse Prevention section below.
Information Collected & Processed
Tool Input Data
When you generate a disablelist or calculate distributions, your selected parameters (such as slot counts, pool limits, and roulette types) are sent to the backend API to compute results.
Your toggle selections and custom bundle include/exclude lists are processed in-memory and are never stored in any database.
Anonymous Usage Statistics
To monitor server performance and understand feature adoption, the following non-personally identifiable metrics are recorded upon generation:
- Timestamp of generation
- Selected roulette (
wa,wg, etc.) - Requested slot count and pool limit
- Country code (derived from Cloudflare headers)
- Browser User-Agent string
This telemetry contains no user accounts or persistent IDs and is retained indefinitely for analytical and optimization purposes.
Security & Abuse Prevention
To protect the service against Denial of Service (DoS) attacks, automated scraping, and server flooding, technical network data (such as IP addresses) may be temporarily evaluated at the Cloudflare network edge or logged in transient rate-limiting stores.
Any temporary security logs containing raw IP addresses are retained only as long as necessary to enforce request boundaries and defend the infrastructure (typically up to 30 days) before deletion.
Client-Side Storage
Mudae Helper does not use cookies for tracking or core site functionality. Instead, your browser's standard Local Storage is used locally on your device to remember your workflow preferences across sessions:
- Tool Configurations & Parameters: Saves your last-used inputs, options, and formatting rules across utilities (such as
dlGenSettings,formatterSettings,comparatorSettings, andwlBuilderSettings) so you do not have to re-enter them on each visit. - UI & Display State: Remembers interface states such as open/closed foldable sections (
fold:*) and display preferences.
All Local Storage keys are strictly functional, contain no personal identifiers, and are never transmitted to or stored on Mudae Helper servers. You can reset or wipe this data at any time via your browser's site data settings.
Third-Party Services
Cloudflare
CDN & SecurityTraffic is routed through Cloudflare to secure the site against DDoS threats and provide fast global caching. Cloudflare processes basic HTTP request headers in accordance with their privacy standards.

DonationsPages include an external donation widget script (cdnjs.buymeacoffee.com). Connecting to this widget connects your browser to their servers. No financial or card details pass through Mudae Helper.
Your Rights
Under regulations like the GDPR (EU/EEA) and CCPA (California), you may have rights regarding your personal data. Because Mudae Helper operates without accounts and maintains only anonymized usage statistics, data records cannot typically be linked back to individual visitors.
